Why hire a professional CV Writer?
Anyone can write a CV, however trying to ‘sell’ yourself on paper isn’t that easy when it’s your own CV. You’re very likely to miss out detail that could prove vital to your job application. I’ve been a CV writer since 1995 and I’ve never yet seen a CV that doesn’t need a lot of work. Getting your CV right, and applying for the right job, will give you the best chance of success.

This depends on the job you’re applying for. Many roles don’t ask for qualifications. However, if you are considering applying for a job that does require qualifications, think twice before you apply, or contact the company in question for their advice.

A: If you’re applying for a job online, it is possible, however, if you have an up-to-date CV ready, to refer to, it will make the job application process much quicker. If you’re using an old CV that you’ve just added some notes to update it, chances are that it isn’t detailed enough to ‘sell you’.
You may not need an actual CV to apply for any job, but if you have a CV to refer to, it makes the process much quicker and easier. So, in my opinion you DO need a good CV. Some application forms are online, and again you can use the information in your CV as a reference. Without a CV to refer to, it could take you days to complete an application. Time you may not have.
